I agree that simply dropping under 30 hours for a week is a bit harsh. I would agree that it needs to be changed to some sort of rolling average or maybe even go the other way and tell a business they have to schedule employees on SNAP for at least 30 hours if at all possible. That kills two birds with one stone since it gets them more working hours and fits the requirement.
